satishkumar.net is the portfolio and business website of Satish Kumar, a Creative Motion Graphic Designer based in Bengaluru, India. It showcases my work, services, blog and upcoming book, and offers tools to contact me, book calls, get estimates and follow client projects.

2. Intellectual property

• All content on this website — text, graphics, logos, animations, videos, designs and code — belongs to Satish Kumar unless stated otherwise.
• Client work is shown with permission or as part of my professional portfolio; brand names and logos belong to their owners.
• You may view and share links to pages. You may not copy, reproduce, sell or claim any work as your own without written permission.

3. Estimates, quotes and proposals

• The instant quote calculator shows indicative ranges only. It is not an offer or a binding price.
• AI-generated briefs and proposals (written by Karishma) are drafts to start a conversation. A project starts only after we agree scope, price and timeline in writing.

4. Call bookings

Free calls are 15 minutes, in Indian Standard Time. I may need to reschedule occasionally and will let you know by email.

5. Karishma (AI assistant)

Karishma is an AI assistant. She can make mistakes — please confirm important details with me directly. Don't share passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information in the chat.

6. Client portal

Access codes are personal to the client. Files shared in the portal are for review and remain my property until the project is paid in full and delivered, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

7. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the website: no hacking, scraping, spam, automated abuse of forms or chat, or anything illegal.

8. Third-party links & embeds

The website links to and embeds third-party services (YouTube, Google Maps, social networks). I'm not responsible for their content or policies.

9. Disclaimer & liability

The website is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, I am not liable for any indirect loss arising from its use.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka having jurisdiction.
